加州舊金山分校的研究人員發(fā)現(xiàn),每天喝碳酸飲料的人的白血細胞有更短的端粒。報告發(fā)表在《American Journal of Public health》期刊上。

中科院上海生科院營養(yǎng)科學研究所周斌研究組發(fā)現(xiàn),在發(fā)育過程中心外膜祖細胞可轉變成心臟周圍的脂肪細胞,這一過程在成體穩(wěn)態(tài)心臟中并不發(fā)生,卻在心梗的模型中被再度激活。相關成果日前在線發(fā)表于《細胞研究》雜志。
心外膜祖細胞是一群具有分化多能性、位于心臟zui外層的細胞,研究發(fā)現(xiàn)其可分化成纖維細胞、血管平滑肌細胞甚至心肌細胞,但其轉化成脂肪細胞的能力鮮有報道。研究探索心外膜脂肪的起源,可為心臟冠狀動脈疾病的診斷和治療提供新的研究方向和思路。
