【產(chǎn)品組成】

【使用步驟】

1．用棉簽蘸取鼻或口腔分泌物。

2．將棉簽浸入樣品稀釋液，充分?jǐn)嚢杌靹蚝螅o置少許時(shí)間，用一次性滴管取上清液。（樣品若不能立即測(cè)試，應(yīng)冷藏保存，超過(guò)24小時(shí)，應(yīng)冷凍保存。）

3. 將未開(kāi)封的試紙卡和檢測(cè)樣品恢復(fù)至室溫。

4. 將試紙卡水平放置，用滴管向試卡孔緩慢逐滴加入3滴不含氣泡的檢測(cè)液。

5. 10分鐘判斷結(jié)果，15分鐘后的結(jié)果不作參考。

陽(yáng)性：兩條紫紅色條帶出現(xiàn)。

陰性：只有一條色帶出現(xiàn)，檢測(cè)T線無(wú)顯色

無(wú)效：未出現(xiàn)質(zhì)控C線，表明操作不當(dāng)或試劑盒已失效。在此情況下，應(yīng)再次仔細(xì)閱讀說(shuō)明書(shū)，并用新的試劑盒重新測(cè)試。

【檢驗(yàn)方法的局限性】

1.本品僅是一種定性的檢測(cè)方法，不能確定其含量濃度。

2.本品也會(huì)發(fā)生極低的錯(cuò)誤結(jié)果。如果條件允許，可以通過(guò)專(zhuān)業(yè)實(shí)驗(yàn)室檢測(cè)，進(jìn)一步確定檢測(cè)結(jié)果。

【注意事項(xiàng)】

1、檢測(cè)卡請(qǐng)?jiān)诒Ｙ|(zhì)期內(nèi)一次性使用；

2、檢測(cè)時(shí)避免陽(yáng)光直射和電風(fēng)扇直吹；

3、盡量不要觸摸檢測(cè)卡中央的白色膜面；

4、采樣滴管不可混用，以免交叉污染；

5、如果待檢樣本出現(xiàn)沉淀或渾濁物，請(qǐng)離心后再檢測(cè)；

6、試驗(yàn)遇到的任何問(wèn)題，請(qǐng)與供應(yīng)商。

【儲(chǔ)存及有效期】

1、原包裝應(yīng)儲(chǔ)存于4～40℃，陰涼避光干燥處，切勿冷凍

2、有效期12個(gè)月，有效期及批號(hào)見(jiàn)外包裝。
