空腸 intestinum jejunum，jejunum主要位于腹部左上側(cè)，拉開(kāi)空腸觀(guān)察小腸系膜，空腸中部有一個(gè)小突起，叫卵黃囊憩室。哺乳類(lèi)動(dòng)物的小腸十二指腸以后的部分，雖然可進(jìn)一步把它分開(kāi)，前段為空腸，后段為回腸，但兩者之間是沒(méi)有明顯界線(xiàn)的。人的空腸位于腹腔的左上側(cè)，回腸位于右下側(cè)，空腸稍粗，由于有很多血管分布而微帶紅色。上端起于十二指腸空腸曲，回腸下端與盲腸相連?？漳c與回腸盤(pán)繞于腹腔的中、下部，兩者間無(wú)明顯的界限，空腸約占空回腸的上2/5，主要位于左外側(cè)區(qū)和臍區(qū)，其特點(diǎn)是血管豐富，較紅潤(rùn)，管壁厚管腔大，粘膜面有高而密的環(huán)形皺襞，并可見(jiàn)許多散在的孤立淋巴濾泡。因?yàn)榭漳c的消化和吸收力強(qiáng)，蠕動(dòng)快，腸內(nèi)常呈排空狀態(tài)，所以叫空腸。小腸位于腹中，上端接幽門(mén)與胃相通，下端通過(guò)闌門(mén)與大腸相連。小腸與心互為表里。是食物消化吸收的主要場(chǎng)所，盤(pán)曲于腹腔內(nèi)，上連胃幽門(mén)，下接盲腸，全長(zhǎng)約3－5米，張開(kāi)有半個(gè)籃球場(chǎng)大，分為十二指腸、空腸和回腸三部分。十二指腸位于腹腔的后上部，全長(zhǎng)25厘米。它的上部（又稱(chēng)球部）連接胃幽門(mén)，是潰瘍的好發(fā)部位。肝臟分泌的膽汗和胰腺分泌的胰液，通過(guò)膽總管和胰腺管在十二指腸上的開(kāi)口，排泄到十二指腸內(nèi)以消化食物。十二指腸呈“c”字形，從右側(cè)包繞胰頭，可分為上部、降部、水平部和升部等四部分。1、上部（superiorpart）在第l腰椎的右側(cè)起自胃的幽門(mén)，行向右后方至肝門(mén)下方急轉(zhuǎn)向下移行為十二指腸降部。上部與幽門(mén)相接的2.5cm的一段腸管，管壁較薄，黏膜光滑無(wú)環(huán)形皺襞又稱(chēng)十二指腸壺腹（球），是十二指腸潰瘍的好發(fā)部位。2、降部（descendingpart）沿第1—3腰椎右側(cè)下降，至第3腰椎體平面折轉(zhuǎn)向左移行為水平部。降部的后內(nèi)側(cè)壁有一縱行黏膜皺襞，稱(chēng)十二指腸縱襞(longitudinalfoldofduodenum），其下端有十二指腸大(majorduodenalpapilla），為膽總管與胰管的共同開(kāi)口處。

The upper end is connected with the pylorus and the stomach, and the lower end is connected with the large intestine through the fontanelle. The small intestine and the heart are both surfaces. It is the main site for food digestion and absorption. It is coiled in the abdominal cavity and is connected to the pyloric pylorus and the cecum. It is about 3-5 meters in length.
