細胞周期 (cell cycle)是 指細胞從一次分裂完成開始到下一次分裂結(jié)束 所經(jīng)歷的全過程, 分為間期與分裂期兩個階段。生命是從一代向下一代傳遞的連續(xù)過 程,因此是一個不斷更新、不 斷從頭開始的過程。細胞的生命開 始于產(chǎn)生它的母細胞的分裂, 結(jié)束于它的子細胞的形成,或是細 胞的自身死亡。通常將子細胞形 成作為一次細胞分裂結(jié)束的標志 ,細胞周期是指從一次細胞分裂形 成子細胞開始到下一次細胞分 裂形成子細胞為止所經(jīng)歷的過程。在 這一過程中,細胞的遺傳物 質(zhì)復制并均等分配給兩個子細胞。間 期又分為三期、即DN合成前 期(G期)、DN合成期(S期)與 DN合成后期(G期)。.G期 (first gp) 從有絲分裂到DN復制前的一段時期,又 稱合成前 期,此期主要合成RN和核糖體。該期特點是物質(zhì)代謝活 躍,迅速 合成RN和蛋白質(zhì),細胞體積顯著增大。這一期的主要意 義在于為 下階段S期的DN復制作好物質(zhì)和能量的準備。.S期(synthesis) 即DN合成期,在此期,除了合成DN外, 同時還要合成組蛋白。
